My television was ruined
When I graduated high school I could not wait to get out of my parent’s house. I had saved some money and wanted to go get my own place that day. My father started reviewing how much money I would need and if i was really ready to move. He told me that it was smart to get insurance for renters in case anything happened to the place I was renting. I didn’t listen and when the upstairs neighbor flooded my home I was so upset. If I would have listened to my father my big screen television would have been replaced.
