Crazy Neighbor Kid
Our neighbor has a teenage son that just got his license. When he was younger, I could have told you that he would be trouble when he was a teenager. He has never really been respectful and has never had any evidence of responsibility in the time that we have known him. When he got his first car, he was speeding in and out of our neighborhood and driving very reckless. My husband said that there is no way they were able to get the cheapest car insurance rate. Within a few months, his car was parked in the garage and he wasn’t driving anymore.
