Commercial Insurance Means a Sense of Security
My husband and I have three rental properties. They are not large, however each do have a couple of apartments. One of the things we had to be sure of was that we had commercial insurance to cover our properties. We wanted to be sure that no matter what happened we were insured. When someone is living in property that you own, you have very little control over what happens there. I just like knowing that we are covered, just in case something does happen. I know that my insurance will take care of the damage that might happen due to renters living in my buildings. Insurance is my sense of security.
