Insurance for My Employees
Since I can’t control what an employee may or may not do, I have an employee liability insurance policy. I took out the policy after I had a disgruntled employee intentionally insult two of my customers. The customers sued my company for the actions of the employee and I had to pay a large fine. After the case was over I purchased the insurance policy. The policy will cover my attorney fines and any charges if I ever find myself in a similar situation.
